The room was fine for our needs. The Staff was exceptional. Loved the service, kind help with getting around, and friendly vibe. Coffee and water in lobby very nice. We were close by walking or Metro to all of the things we planned to do for this weekend, first trip to Montreal. The people were what made it very special indeed.

Location of the Hotel is great! Just downtown amid all the amenities with no need of a car to go around! Excellent location! Excellent stay with the front desk Staff who's always at your disposal with a huge smile ! Valet service works greatly 24/7!

The room is comfortably spacious, the location is perfect just in the heart of the city, everything is walking distance. The staff are conversant in english language. And the toiletries are quite good.

The location was very ideal and convenient. All the places I wished to visit were within walkable areas. If I had to take a bus, the bus stop was very close to the hotel. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee service in the lobby. The friendliness and professionalism of the reception and the staffs were exceptional.
